The Speedy Packer System dispenses bags filled with liquid foam. The operator places the bag in the bottom of a carton and places product on top of bag while foam is expanding. This process ensures that foam will mold perfectly to the shape of the product. A second bag with foam is placed on top and carton is closed.
The Speedy Packer System uses the minimum amount of foam required to give your product the best amount of protection from shock and vibration, also ensuring that shipping costs are minimal. This system delivers 21 bags of foam per minute, customized to 6 available sizes at the push of a button. The operator is in control of how much foam is dispensed into each bag, allowing for more material-cost control. There is zero waste involved.
