Instapak Quick


Instapak Quick is a foam-in-bag system. A bag pre-filled with foam is placed inside a carton with the product layed on top. As the foam cools, it takes the shape of the product. In the meantime, a second bag of foam is placed on top of the product and the flaps of the carton are closed. The two foam-in-bag's take the precise shape of the product, offering the highest quality of protection possible.

Instapak Foam Molding Equipment


For the larger and more frequent user of Instapak, Sealed Air offers a system that dispenses liquid foam into a film covered mold box. The foam is then covered over by the film and the box is closed so the foam can harden in the proper shape. The requirements of this system are: Instapak 900 Series Foam Dispenser, Chemical A, Chemical B, Film (available as anti-static), and a Custom Mold Box in the shape of your product.
